FAQ

SynXis FAQ.

Is SynXis the right fit for me?
Yes if you're a large hotel group, 100+ properties, or an enterprise chain with 600+ distribution channels and a dedicated revenue management team. SynXis (Sabre Hospitality) is built for that scale. Switch to (or add) Everybooking if you're an independent or boutique property, Sabre's minimum-revenue contracting puts many smaller properties out of scope, and SynXis doesn't quote group + event business, only nightly-stay distribution.
Pricing comparison?
SynXis pricing is sales-gated and varies with property size, integrations, and transaction volume, with reports of minimum-revenue thresholds that exclude smaller independents. Comparable enterprise hotel CRS contracts run into five and six figures annually. Everybooking is $147/mo DIY ($1,764/yr) or $297/mo Done-For-You with the build fee waived for Founding Customers. Different scope: SynXis is enterprise distribution; Everybooking is group + event sales.
Does Everybooking replace my CRS?
No. Everybooking is not a CRS, it's the group and event sales side a CRS doesn't cover. Wedding room blocks, corporate conferences, retreat groups: these are multi-line quotes with attendee cascade and split deposits. SynXis distributes nightly inventory; Everybooking sells multi-night group packages and event space next to it.
Can the two integrate?
Yes via API. Won group bookings in Everybooking can push room blocks into SynXis as group reservations. Most hotels with a sales office run a sales/CRM layer separately from the CRS, that's exactly the lane Everybooking sits in.

Everybooking Sells The Group Block.
