You start with the Foundation, in place within 30 days; once you're happy and sign off, the rest of the agreed work is done to a written list with dates.

If you're happy, you sign off and we start the build-out we agreed. If you'd rather we fix something first, we can extend the 30 days by 14 while we do. If 30 days pass without a sign-off, your Foundation keeps running and your monthly plan fee continues; you don't owe anything for the build-out.

Yes. If you're on the yearly funnel plan, the whole months you haven't used are credited toward your Foundation. Once you pay for your Foundation, the funnel's 30-day refund no longer applies.

Yes: the funnel is $970 a year with setup included. Within the first 30 days you can have the whole $970 back. After that a yearly plan isn't refundable and stays active to the end of its year.

Yes, with a priority build: $297 on top of the normal price, and we start your funnel within 1 business day of having your website and what we need from you. We keep separate spots for priority builds, so nobody already waiting is pushed back. The priority fee isn't refundable, because it pays for us to set other work aside, but if we miss the 1-day start it comes back automatically. Your funnel's setup and monthly fee keep the 30-day money-back guarantee.

We take on at most 10 new builds a month, funnels and Foundations together, so each one gets done right. If this month is full, we give you a start date and you aren't charged until your build time is agreed.
